Our Principal and Founder, Kristin Shaw has been in the dental field for over 20 years and has worked in many areas of dentistry.  We understand the importance of working with the team to create processes that will be successful for that particular practice, as no two offices are the same. We come to your office not to tell your team how to do their jobs but work with them and give them the tools to be successful in their jobs.
